COPENHAGEN pendant has been designed as a tribute to Danish design and craftsmanship. The lamp is made from carbon steel rods (0.3 cm) which are bent in a continuous pattern, which are then welded and finished off with flat black powder coating and given clear matter finish.

The geometrical wireframe and subtle curves give this pendant this unique form. It has been designed for living spaces adding subtle reflection on the surrouding walls and while its open wireframe llows it to merge into its surroundings-until in use.

Designed as a part of my graduation collection, the pendant was made in collaboration with the metal craftsmen in the northern part of India.

The simple form combined with excellent craftsmanship allows the form to compliment the Scandinavian design language as well as simplicity and minimalism.
